We are honored to invite U.S. military veterans from across the country to submit their artwork to this prestigious national exhibition.

This November, we proudly showcase art created by Veterans—a powerful celebration of creativity, discipline, and personal expression from those who have served in any branch of the United States military.

Whether your medium is painting, photography, sculpture, stained glass, ceramics, woodwork or fiber your story and your work belongs in this show.

We are delighted to invite artists nationwide to participate in this prestigious event. The Veteran Art Exhibit in November 2025 is not just dedicated to Veterans, it’s art that is created by Veterans. Whether you are and artist who specializes in painting, sculpture, photography, stained glass, wood or other mediums, if you are a veteran of any branch of the United State Military, we want your art!

Please provide the necessary information about your artwork with attention to detail, as each submission undergoes a thorough evaluation by our distinguished 2025 juror.

ENTRY FEE: $35 for 1 – 4 images

IMAGE REQUIREMENTS

  • JPG only

  • 1040 pixels on the longest side

  • 2 MB maximum

  • Label File: LAST NAME_FIRST INITIAL_ Image #_.jpg

ACCEPTED WORK

  • Work must be ready-to-hang:

  • 2-D: wire stretched between D-rings on back 

  • 2-D No Sawtooth hangers;

  • 3-D: Pedestal or Floor installation;

  • 3-D wall pieces not to exceed 15lbs

  • No Glass. Plexiglass must be used with all glazed work

  • Official Exhibition Label : Print Out, secure on back (2-D) or bottom (3-D) of work.

It is important to note that submission through this form does not guarantee acceptance into the exhibition. The selection process is highly competitive, and our juror will be curating works that best align with the exhibition's standards. All artists will be duly notified as the selection process closes.

OXFORD ARTS ALLIANCE reserves the right to exclude works from the exhibition that are not gallery-ready or misrepresentations of selected work.

SHIPPING WORK

Ship in a Re-Packable Container & Insure your work.

A “Shipping Box” is double or triple walled, padded and returnable. Artists must use a container designed for shipping Art.

PLEASE NOTE: A “Moving Box” is only single walled and not durable for shipping or Re-packing.

Art Shipping Box: Use 2” of cushioning on all sides of artwork. (Bubble wrap plus foam insulation board works well. No Packing peanuts. Our storage space is limited.

LABELS:  PRINT OUT Official Label at end of Prospectus Affix to each piece.

RETURN SHIPPING

Prepaid return: USPS, UPS or Fed EX return shipping label must be provided with shipping container.  Keep a copy of the prepaid return shipping label and your receipt. Work will be repackaged with the enclosed materials.

Accepted Work must remain installed for the entire exhibition.

Work dropped off or without return shipping may be picked up by arrangement at the conclusion of the exhibition. Work left for more than 30 days after close of exhibition will become the property of OXFORD ARTS ALLIANCE.

OXFORD ARTS ALLIANCE will exercise all due care in handling your artwork. However, OxAA is not liable for loss, theft, damage, or replacement of artwork, nor is OxAA liable for damage during shipping. Please consider insuring your work.

SALES

OXFORD ARTS ALLIANCE encourages the sale of exhibited work. A 30% commission is taken by the organization for member sales. A 40% commission is taken by the organization for non-member sales. Pennsylvania sales tax will be added to the price for each sale. If a piece is not for sale, simply note NFS. If accepted work does not indicate a price, it will be listed NFS.

IMAGE RIGHTS: COPYRIGHT REMAINS WITH ARTIST. Digital images of accepted work may be used for promotion of OXFORD ARTS ALLIANCE programs and events.
